The Iron Stomach

In today's world most of us have become quite tame in our diets and with what we would consider normal fare. Luckily for me that has never been the case. I am a curious person by nature and one of the most enjoyable things for me to do is to eat. I will pretty much eat anything unless it is obviously poison, radioactive, or other wise just not a good idea. Other than that I will usually eat it.
Still, it has offended some when I speak of certain culinary adventures such as "squirrel and dumplings" and or the eating of guinea pig, known in Central America as "Cuy", pronounced like "quii".
To the end of educating the masses, and maybe offending some, I have developed this blog. you see I will eat most anything. I am the Iron Stomach.
I will begin the adventure, shortly, with a post that explains the procurement, preparation, ingestion, and finally the digestion of a certain curious dish. After this post I will depend on my friends, family, coworkers, and the general masses to introduce suggestions for future culinary adventures.
